I'm thrilled to see Talk of the Town making its European Debut with Little Black Dress on Christmas Eve!

The cover is red, too, and to celebrate I've been putting on red lipstick during the day for no apparent reason. Try it sometime! You'll be amazed how crazy fun it is to catch yourself in the mirror as you vacuum the hallway and say WHOA, who is that woman with the red lipstick? Glamorous isn't it?

Talk of the Town is a book that celebrates the spirit of hope in men and women everywhere. Just when it's least expected, love steps off a bus and into a quirky little town called Paradise. I love how life sends us around just the right corner into a new adventure when we keep our eyes and hearts open to the positive energy our world has to offer. This book was really the first book I ever wrote, so we can call it vintage Suzanne! I'm sure I would have done a few things differently, but it still makes me smile when I think of Sam and Kelly, and Myrtle and all the great characters I spent so much time with in Paradise. I hope it brings you some laughter and light during this winter season!

Speaking of books that will warm your heart, my friend Kimberly Fisk has her debut book release for Lake Magic on January 5th -- Kimberly is a very talented writer who held on to her dreams and is finally seeing them bloom. Congratulations Kim, and to readers everywhere, do pick up a copy of this heartwarming, emotionally moving book and get to know a new author!

I can't think of a better time of the year to read than this, but really is there ever a time that isn't right for some lovely escape into a great story? May your year be filled with great stories and joyful adventures!
